Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin is an action RPG set in an alternate universe retelling the original Final Fantasy game. It has been described as a dark fantasy interpretation of the game's original story. Players will take on the role as Jack Garland, and be accompanied by other companions after being brought into this fantasy world to face malicious Chaos. It's also a celebration of the series 35th anniversary!

At the time of writing this, I personally haven't played much of the Final Fantasy games, but this game's story has already peaked my interest.
