Refund & Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we want to hear from you. We endeavour to work with each customer to ensure you are happy with your product. The conditions on which we are able to accept returns for refunds are listed below:
You have 14 calendar days to return an eligible item from the date you received it.
If your item is eligible for a refund or exchange it MUST:
Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Be in the original packaging (if applicable)
Have the receipt or proof of purchase
For any items that are made to order (such as personalised decals, apparel etc), the responsibility to approve the final image for spelling, dimensions and/or colour lie with the customer. Once you have approved the final design, any oversights, change of mind or spelling mistakes are not the responsibility of Gaming Australia. In this circumstance, the item is not eligible for refund, however we recommend contacting Gaming Australia with your changes.
Please contact Gaming Australia as soon as you have established a problem with your order. We suggest providing detailed information and photographs of the item, as this will ensure efficient processing of your request. If this initial review establishes a fault for which Gaming Australia is responsible, a replacement product will be issued to you at no further cost.
If your refund request is due to a change of mind, you will be required to return the item via post at your cost. We recommend registered post to ensure that you are able to track the item. Gaming Australia is not responsible for products until it is received. Once we receive your item, you will receive notification that your item has been received and is being inspected for refund eligibility. You will be updated on the status of your refund as soon as possible. Change of mind requests are only available on standard designs, personalised designs are ineligible for change of mind returns.
If your refund request is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card (or alternative original method of payment). The time in which you receive the funds is dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
If it is deemed that the fault you claim has arisen due to improper care or installation, a refund will be rejected. Please ensure that you have referred to our application guide to avoid errors with application. For change of mind returns, if the item received is not in the condition it was sent to you, the refund request will be rejected. You will be provided with the reasoning for which a refund will not be provided and we can either return the item to you at your cost or destroy the item.
Initial shipping costs are outlined in the checkout process. These costs are included in the final total.
In the returns process, the customer will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable; when a refund has been approved, you will receive the amount paid for the item only.
