The last few days have been filled with numerous "credible" rumours that there is a new Silent Hill game in the works, and now it seems like we know why!
According to a potential leak on 4chan, Silent hill isn't the only franchise getting a reboot. According to the leak franchises such as Metal Gear Solid And Castlevania are receiving the same treatment.
The rumours state that Sony Entertainment are keen on getting a full Castlevania reboot underway, working with long-time game developers Koji Igarashi and Shutari Iida. It’s believed that the reboot would come via Sony Japan, and would feature “Bloodborne-style” graphics.
As for Silent Hill, Masahiro Ito (creature designer for the first four titles in the series), is rumoured to be on board with the project, which confirms what we've heard in previous rumours about a possible franchise return.
I don't know about you but I'm super keen for a reboot of all 3 if the franchises mentioned. Which are you most excited for?
