One of the writers for The Last Of Us 2 has explained that a lot of the games interactions can be skipped, this means that should you wish, you will be able to skip large parts of the game.
This is a common tactic used by speed runners to complete games in seemingly impossible times. Of course if you are looking forward to the story elements of The Last Of Us 2, like me you will avoid these techniques and enjoy the story line.
The Last Of Us 2 is the long awaited follow up to the 2013 post-apocalyptic action adventure and will be set 5 years after the events of the original game. The original hosted a raft of NPC interaction and the second, presumably will be much the same. If you havent played the original yet, The Last Of Us 2 is less than 2 weeks away so if you're thinking of buying, theres still time for a playthrough to get you up to speed in terms of storyline.
